Update x2gobroker-ssh-mini - x2goclient expects a username in the 15th column of the string sent by the broker. x2golistsession (which x2gobroker-mini-ssh uses to generate the string) does not output the username there, so we inject it using awk.

mini/x2gobroker-ssh-mini: add missing hostname/IP and port autodetection.

 Support for it has been dropped in recent Python versions.

 Furthermore, this project has fully been ported to Python3.
 No 2to3 on-the-fly conversion required anymore.

debian/x2gobroker-ssh.postinst: only reload nscd configuration if daemon is installed and actually running. Fixes: #1458.
