DEB package building: Changes required for X2Go GitLab CI builds.

This is a series of code changes to the sbuild-deb-package script and related sub-scripts. These changes were developed while setting up the X2Go GitLab+Jenkins CI (where sbuild-deb-package gets used to verify that X2Go components build fine against Debian testing (aka trixie at the moment)).
